Horizon Metals, Inc. was founded in 1988, as a job shop, specializing in welding jobs and fabrications up to 40,000 pounds. Our facility allows us to form, burn, assemble, punch, shear, saw, and machine all types of steel. Our ability to weld alloys such as stainless steel, mild steel, Inconel and aluminum makes us very versatile when satisfying our customers specifications.

Horizon Metals workforce consists of over 20 qualified welders, with AWS D1.1 and D1.5, ASME 6-G and API 650 stainless steel certification. We also employ one certified electrician. Horizon Metals believes in continually training our employees to broaden their abilities and enhance their quality workmanship.
Our many years of varied experience allows us to complete complicated projects beyond welding and fitting, that include complex wiring in control panels, and hydraulic and gas piping. Horizon Metals, Inc. fabricates in stainless and mild steel, ranging from 20 gauge to 2½ inch, including sheet, plate and structural. Our capabilities also include threading pipe from 1/8 to 4 inch stainless and mild steel.
Our work is typically in heavy industrial equipment and structural fabrication of medium to heavy weldments. Machining services and CAD services are also available
Our 38,000 square feet facility operates four individual bays and utilizes five overhead cranes. We have three 5-ton cranes with a 15 under hook and one 10-ton crane with a 23 under hook crane height. We also use forklifts (operated by licensed drivers) for lighter loads. Our building contains overhead doors up to 20 feet wide that allow direct access into our loading and unloading area.
Horizon Metals, Inc. maintains plenty of in-house stock. Stock includes A-36 plate (16ga-2 ½ thick), safety plate and structural steels, (I beams, H beams, T beams and channel up to 24). We also carry some stainless plate and sheet in 304, 309, 316, 330, S.S.
